Randy Redwitz
Chairman of the Advisory Board
Randy Redwitz is Managing Partner of Redwitz, Inc. and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Partners Bank of California. In 2007, Mr. Redwitz became a Founder and served as the first Chairman of the Board of Directors of Partners Bank of California.
In 1973, Mr. Redwitz received his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. From 1970 to 1975, he held multiple positions within two CPA firms in the Southern California area. In 1975, Mr. Redwitz formed Redwitz, Inc. in Irvine, California with a heavy emphasis on audit, business taxation, and outsourced CFO services for a variety of industries.
Fulfilling a desire to provide a broad set of business solutions to his CPA firm business clients and other non-CPA firm business clients, Mr. Redwitz and two additional individuals formed in 1997 The GDR Group, Inc. to specialize in information technology system installations, hardware, software and managed support. Further, in 2003 he formed Redwitz Wealth Management Group, Inc. specializing in personal financial planning and financial asset management. Collectively, the three companies are known as Redwitz Business Solutions. The Orange County Business Journal has ranked Redwitz Business Solutions number 8 among the top 40 CPA firms in Orange County.
Mr. Redwitz has extensive experience in real estate development, real estate transactional analysis, real estate sales and escrow industry, general and subcontractor construction, management and consulting industry and non-profit entities with special emphasis in school environments.
Mr. Redwitz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He is also the current Executive Vice Chair of AGN International.
Mr. Redwitz is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board member since 2003 of the Caritas Corporation (a non-profit California corporation). The Caritas Corporation owns and maintains 20 mobile home parks throughout California dedicated to providing affordable housing to low and very low-income qualifying individuals and families in an attractive and safe community. The Caritas Corporation currently has over 4,500 mobile home spaces and serves a combined community of over 10,000 individuals.
Within his companies and individually, Mr. Redwitz has worked very closely with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange over the last 30 plus years. From 1989 to 2010, he served as the Business Manager for Santa Margarita Catholic High School (SMCHS) and overseer of the development of the Master Plan for SMCHS. Mr. Redwitz still serves as a financial consultant to SMCHS to this day.
In 1964, Mr. Redwitz attended St. John’s Seminary College in Camarillo, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Philosophy and a minor in English. In 1973, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California with a major in Accounting.
