With over 31 years of experience in the fast-food industry, Amer Boukai is a dominant owner in Orange County for the Wendy’s franchise. His companies currently manage and operate 45 Wendy’s and 33 Del Taco locations situated throughout Southern California and Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Boukai is an owner and the managing partner of a large portfolio of real estate comprised of various investment properties which include office buildings, shopping centers, residential properties, and owner-occupied real estate.

Mr. Boukai is an active supporter of several non-profit organizations including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley, Providence Mission Hospital Foundation, as well as the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. His philanthropy extends to helping create and support both elementary and middle school campuses for the New Horizon Islamic School in Irvine. He also created an endowment to fund scholarship for Santa Margarita Catholic High School. Mr. Boukai also serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees for his alma mater, University of California, Irvine.
