Andra R. Frazier is the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Partners Bank of California, where she brings nearly three decades of experience and a wealth of expertise in the financial sector. Specializing in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending, Specialty Banking, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and Community Banking, Ms. Frazier has built a distinguished career leading innovative financial strategies and solutions.

Prior to joining Partners Bank of California, Ms. Frazier held a series of senior leadership roles at prominent financial institutions with assets of up to $100 billion. Notable positions include Executive Vice President and Credit Administrator at Banc of California, where she oversaw the Specialty Banking and High Net Worth Private Clients divisions; Senior Credit Administrator at Nevada State Bank; Senior Area Manager of Credit Examinations at Zions Bancorporation; and Regional Portfolio Manager for Key Bank Real Estate Capital in the Southeastern United States.

With a sharp focus on risk management and lending solutions, Ms. Frazier has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive business growth while safeguarding against legal and credit risks. At Banc of California, she was instrumental in launching and scaling business verticals across diverse industries, including TV, Film & Entertainment, Athlete Lending, Healthcare, and Non-Profit sectors.

Ms. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Banking from a prestigious European university, along with a law degree focused on business law. Additionally, she earned a certification in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Outside of her financial career, Ms. Frazier is a passionate patron of the arts and has remained actively involved in the cultural communities of Southern and Northern California, Northern Nevada, Miami, FL, and Dallas, TX. A graduate of an arts school in Eastern Europe with a specialization in ballroom dancing, she successfully founded and managed a ballroom dance school in Texas. From the late 1990s until her retirement from professional dancing in 2010, Ms. Frazier competed at a high level. Though she transitioned to banking full-time, she continues to contribute to the dance community as a guest teacher, performer, judge, patron, and sponsor at professional competitions, festivals, and workshops.
