As President of Westridge Commercial, Inc. (WCI), Mr. Baghdadi is responsible for overseeing all real estate services and strategic planning for the company. He founded WCI in 2008, bringing with him over 17 years of experience in property management from his tenure with a mid-sized firm.

Mr. Baghdadi holds a degree in Finance with a focus on real estate from California State University, Fullerton. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
