Sandy Hutchinson is a Vice President, Treasury Management Officer at Partners Bank of California. As a Vice President, Treasury Management Officer, Sandy strives to build and preserve trusting relationships with her clients to help them achieve their financial goals. She brings more than 28 years of banking experience ranging from Commercial Banking to Specialty Banking (Property Management, HOA and Title Escrow Companies), with an emphasis on Treasury Management services. 

Prior to joining Partners Bank of California in 2020, Sandy was a Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Consultant for City National Bank, where she was an integral member of the relationship team identifying and servicing clients’ treasury needs. 

Previous to her time at City National Bank, Sandy served in various senior management roles at Wells Fargo, Sunwest Bank and Pacific Coast National Bank, prior to its acquisition by Sunwest Bank, and Vineyard Bank. In her roles, Sandy provided commercial clients with working capital solutions to meet their daily operational needs. 

Outside of the office, Sandy is a troop leader and treasurer for a Girl Scout Troop. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities on Southern California’s beautiful coastline. Sandy also actively volunteers at Serra’s Food Pantry at Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano.
